The ginger in this recipe is the only what gives this smoothie taste the spicy zing! The watercress, broccoli, carrots, , and ginger all combine for a filling meal replacement in any detox diet. 

Yields 3–4 cup ofs

Preparation time : 10 minutes


1 cup of watercress

1 cup of broccoli spears

3 carrots, peeled

½” ginger, peeled

2 cup ofs purified water


1. Place watercress, broccoli, carrots, ginger, and 1 cup of water in a blenderand blend until thoroughly combined.

2. Add the remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desiredtexture is achieved.
