Sweet Greek Yogurt Smoothie

A delicious Greek yogurt smoothie made with healthy ingredients like strawberries, banana, and cucumber
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 2 glasses
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of water
1 cup of Greek yogurt, unsweetened
2/3 cup of baby spinach leaves, rinsed
1 medium pear, cored
2/3 cup of kale, destemmed, rinsed
2 medium kiwis, white part removed
½ a large cucumber and 2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  1. Gather all the ingredients. Plug in a high-powdered blender, and then add all the ingredients into it in the order mentioned in the ingredients list.
  2. Pulse for 45 to 60 seconds or more depending on the blender, until well combined and smooth, and then distribute the smoothie between two glasses. Serve straight away.
