A delicious Greek yogurt smoothie made with healthy ingredients like strawberries, banana, and cucumber

Serving size: 2 glasses
2/3 cup of water
1 cup of Greek yogurt, unsweetened
2/3 cup of baby spinach leaves, rinsed
1 medium pear, cored
2/3 cup of kale, destemmed, rinsed
2 medium kiwis, white part removed
½ a large cucumber and 2 tablespoons honey
- Gather all the ingredients. Plug in a high-powdered blender, and then add all the ingredients into it in the order mentioned in the ingredients list.
- Pulse for 45 to 60 seconds or more depending on the blender, until well combined and smooth, and then distribute the smoothie between two glasses. Serve straight away.
