Silky, thick cashew milk and coconut kefir or yogurt combine with raspberries and greens for a sweetly smooth green smoothie.
Makes 2 (14-ounce) servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
1½ cup ofs cashew milk
½ cup of plain, unsweetened coconut yogurt
½ cup of spinach, lightly packed, ½ cup of kale, lightly packed
1½ cup ofs frozen raspberries
¼ cup of ground pecans or almonds
1. In a blender, combine the cashew milk, kefir, spinach, kale, raspberries,and pecans. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping the blender if needed to scrape down the sides so everything is fully incorporated.
2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
