Powerhouse Coconut Smoothie

Best smoothie for breakfast.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 2 glasses


1 cup of coconut milk, unsweetened
2 eggs, at room temperature
½ cup of baby spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
2 bananas, peeled, fresh or frozen
2 scoops protein powder
4 teaspoons honey and 1 ½ cup of ice cubes


  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Plug into a high-powdered blender, and then add all the ingredients in it in the order mentioned in the ingredients list.
  3. Pulse for 45 to 60 seconds or more depending on the blender, until well combined and smooth, and then distribute the smoothie between two glasses. Serve straight away.
